Amazon Data Centre, Nilai

The Amazon Data Centre (KUL074) is a purpose-built data centre development located at Bandar Baru Nilai Utama, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, forming part of the broader expansion of Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in Malaysia.

The project comprises a four-storey data centre block with office facilities, a guardhouse, and a cooling tower water tank block, constructed on Lot 15964 (GRN 208817) and PT 24331 (HSD 136202). The facility is designed to support high-availability cloud operations, incorporating critical building systems essential for data centre performance, security, and operational resilience.

This development aligns with AWS’s long-term investment in Malaysia’s digital infrastructure, supporting the growth of cloud services and data capacity within the region.
