LTS Skyline is a high-rise serviced apartment development located at Jalan San Peng, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur, comprising four residential towers ranging from 49 to 51 storeys, supported by podium car parks, retail spaces, M&E floors, and resident facilities across multiple levels.

The development is delivered in two phases and provides over 2,200 serviced apartment units, forming a major high-density residential landmark within the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

Colt Engineering was engaged to provide the fire protection system, including installation works carried out in accordance with statutory requirements, high-rise safety standards, and project specifications.
