PTT Synergy is an industrial development located in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang, a key industrial growth area in northern Malaysia. The project forms part of PTT Synergy Group Berhad’s industrial expansion, supporting manufacturing and operational facilities within the Batu Kawan industrial corridor.

Colt Engineering was engaged to supply and install window actuators for the air replacement and smoke control ventilation system, enhancing indoor air management, fire safety, and overall building compliance with regulatory requirements.
